They say that every time we do something wrong, there is this tiny little voice that keeps on nagging us. We call it a guilty conscience. What happen when this ‘little’ voice begins to become increasingly loud? in fact it starts becoming so loud that it begins to drown out your own voice. Drowning it to an extent that it makes you feel miserable. What happens when the voice that was meant to prevent you from doing wrong begins to cripple you instead? what will you do then?
There is a Way Out
Guilt can be a quite a paralyzing agent. It has an impact on the everyday things that you do. It makes it hard for you to do things that usually require no effort on your part. You start questioning your every decision and you keep second guessing yourself. Why? because you’re already filled with guilt and you can’t get over it. You think you’re not a good person and you’re not worth it.
I am here today to tell you that you don’t need to feel guilty of whatever it is you’ve done in your past. what you need to do is apologize and it will be forgiven.
The Lord our God is merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebelled against him.
Yup, God will forgive you because he is merciful and forgiving. All you have to do is repent and ask for forgiveness. If you truly feel sorry for yourself god will forgive you. I’m not trying to be preachy or holy in any way. All I’m trying to say is if God can forgive you; you can forgive yourself
